**About the role at ezyCollect**

Whilst you will be reporting to the Head of Customer Success, this role requires you to be a key member of the wider sales, customer success and product teams. You will be responsible for the overall project management and implementation of projects for accounts across Australia & New Zealand. You will be supported by professional services and support teams that will execute on agreed timelines.

**The Role**
- End to end project implementation and management for the successful deployment and installation of the ezyCollect product(s) for new and existing clients
- Engage with clients, partners, and relevant internal stakeholders pre and post-sales to gather client requirements, customisations, collect data, and other information required
- Creating a project plan for each client, detailing the scope, tasks, objectives, milestones; aligning resources, and ensuring achievement of the same within the required timeframe, and monitoring completion of all projects

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Adoption and Success Management - Support customers gain value from the product / service. Including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- Account Retention and Expansion - Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions
