As the Data Science Team Lead, you will manage both the team and capability. This includes developing and executing data science projects that use large amounts of data from different sources. You will lead the company's efforts in embracing new data science capabilities and strategies that will drive business improvement and informed decision-making.

You will oversee the creation of analytics-driven products and use advanced data science techniques for planning, building, and deploying machine learning systems. You will identify and tackle data-related issues within the organization, provide recommendations, and implement data science solutions.

**As the Data Science Team Lead, you will**
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers
- Connect data projects with company goals
- Personally develop machine learning models from concept to deployment
- Utilize advanced techniques for improving time series forecasting models
- Communicate project outcomes clearly to ensure effective deployment
- Oversee the Data Science technology stack, including architecture, DevOps, and change management.

**As a Data Scientist with 3+ years of experience, you have**
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, and a business-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Python programming
- A track record of implementing machine learning algorithms in production
- In-depth knowledge of advanced forecasting methods and time-series data manipulation
- Familiarity with cloud-based data science technologies
- Experience leading a data science team
- Knowledge of explainable machine learning methods
- A solid understanding of software engineering principles
- Ability to write organized and well-documented code
- Experience with CI/CD processes
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

**Desired Skills**
- Experience with Databricks
- API development experience
- Deployment of models using MLflow and AzureML
- Knowledge of Kubernetes
- Familiarity with PySpark.
