Hudson is seeking a dynamic Data & Analytics Lead to join a large organisation. Reporting to the Enterprise Information & Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing data management, analytics frameworks, and platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead optimization of data management, analytics frameworks, and platforms.
- Identify strategic data requirements and implement best practice data science and analytics.
- Develop and implement governance, standards, and processes for data capture and storage.
- Collaborate to streamline reporting approaches and enhance data quality.
- Evaluate and align data-related alternatives to drive business outcomes.
- Maintain focus on data analytics and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and third-party vendors.

- Business Engagement: Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid background in data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
- Cloud Technology: Expertise in cloud data & analytics technologies.
- Microsoft Tools: Experience with SQL, Azure, and Power BI.
- Continuous Improvement: Capacity to drive improvement of information usage.
- Leadership: Passion for building and leading high-performance teams.
- Governance: Ability to implement data governance practices effectively.
