**What this opportunity involves**:
We are on the lookout for a new Centre Manager to join our team at Endeavour Hills Shopping Centre on behalf of our team at JLL. The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management centre and the day to day running in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
The role directly oversees functions including the compilation and delivery of business plans, budgets and forecasts, reporting, retail lease compliance including all lease associated payments, debt management, retail store liaison, marketing strategy and event execution, regular & accurate client reporting and stakeholder management.
**An overview of the role**:
You’ll have a number of direct reports being our Operations Manager & Admin/Marketing Assistant, so important is ensuring they are efficiently managed and coached, and it’s expected you’ll hold the team accountable to high standards across compliance and risk management.
Also, key will be confirming contractors on site are working safely and effectively, spanning relevant duties across operations management, as well as always thinking two steps aheadcontinuously understanding the fundamentals of this asset.
You will have regular contact with local councils and maintain harmonious relationships with the business community, local government, and authorities

Gains respect of JLL people, clients, and where appropriate with the broader business community.
Regularly communicates plans and performance in a clear and motivational manner to employees.
