We’re looking for a **reliable, people-focused Centre Manager** to help run our after-school tuition sessions. You’ll work closely with students, parents, and tutors to maintain (and lift) our high educational standards.
- **About the Role**_
- **Part-time**: 16 to 32 hours per week (choose 2-4 evenings/week)
- **$40/hour + super** under the Educational Services Award
- **Paid 52 weeks/year**, including 12 weeks paid leave aligned to school holidays
- Work **half in-centre, half from home** (4 hours each per session)
- Ongoing training and a support system from head office

- Mark student work and update head office so learning stays on track
- Lead and support tutors during each session (no hiring or payroll required)
- Keep our centre running smoothly—from setup to shutdown

We operate classes in the **afternoon/evenings each school week**. Sessions typically run from **4pm to 7pm**, with remote admin work completed at your pace. Let us know your availability.
