An exciting new opportunity has been created for an experienced Concierge or Assistant building manager to join a well respected facilities and building management leader in the market due to growth. Boasting great team and company culture, this company has very low turnover and is highly invested in internal progression.

**Your responsibilities**
- Assist tenants with queries and promptly resolve issues
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms to residents
- Assist building manager with managing day to day operations of the building
- Liaise with external contractors for maintenance works and source quotes where required
- Facilitate tenants moving in and out

**About you**
- Previous experience in residential building, concierge, or facilities
- Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English
- Passion for customer service
- Exceptional time management and problem solving skills
- Strong relationship building skills
