**About The Role**

We're currently looking for a contract assessor to join our team processing a high volume of assessments (RSA and food safety) submitted by our online students.

In order to be considered for this role you must hold a current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

**Job-Specific Responsibilities**
- Review and assess course materials submitted by students
- Prepare and send Statements of Attainment
- Complete assessment documentation and ensure AVETMISS compliance
- Conduct telephone assessments
- Provide additional coaching to students as required
- Manage problem assessments
- Perform student record validation
- Prepare graduation packs for our students
- Assist with compliance and audit activities
- Maintain industry currency
- Maintain VET currency
- Maintain compliance documents to the industry standard

**General Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Data entry and record management into applicable company information systems
- General reporting as required
- Respond to and action requests from management in a timely manner
- Track personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Meet all required deadlines
