An exciting opportunity in a global Financial Services business based in the heart of Sydney CBD

We are looking for a permanent Executive Assistant to cover a 12-month contract to support the Regional Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional management of a complex diary with meetings across multiple time zones
- Minute Taking at Quarterly Board, Investment Committee and Audit Risk and Compliance Committee meetings each quarter ranging from an hour to four in duration
- Provide support to members of our Australian management committee
- Representing the Regional Manager and other executives
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Liaise with other members of leadership & support to coordinate meetings, events, etc.
- Take minutes during meetings
- Support in the coordination and organisation of events

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience working in an Executive Team
- Well-developed and effective interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to take direction, determine priorities and manage workload to meet agreed timelines and objectives
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- A can-do/dependable attitude with a strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile
