**About the Company**

This client is a leading Financial Services who is seeking an experienced Communications lead to support the business in relation to change, transformation and separation programs of work.

**Day to day Activities**
- Writing content and managing all award submissions
- Org Design
- Regular communications support for the broader Platforms Service & Operations Leadership Team
- Managing reactive messaging in relation to sensitive issues with our people
- Reward and recognition, including managing the process for allocating risk and service excellence awards and associated communications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders (written and verbal).
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Can do" attitude to autonomously drive key communications and engagement initiatives.
- Ability to think laterally and "on your feet" to achieve an exceptional customer outcome.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Resilience - the ability to work under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment, prioritise workloads, and lead through periods of uncertainty.
