**Business Improvement Specialist - Secondment**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting change initiatives that enhance the customer experience and reduce operational risk within the Mercer Super Administration Team. If you are passionate about process improvement and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you

**We will count on you to**:

- Support comprehensive analysis of business processes to identify impacts, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements that enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
- Develop and maintain process documentation to agreed standards, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Proactively monitor existing processes and controls to identify areas for efficiency enhancements and risk reduction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless implementation of changes and support ongoing improvement initiatives.

**What you need to have**:

- Proven experience in business process improvement or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess process impacts and identify risks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with process documentation standards and change management principles.

- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
