About the Role
The Business Improvement Analyst – Customer Experience leads the design and continuous enhancement of key processes across the National Field Service Department. Through strategic collaboration and data-driven innovation, the role develops systems, analytics, and communications that elevate service quality and customer experience across MMAL.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, delivering accurate, timely insights to support strategic decisions
- Lead reviews and implement logic-driven enhancements to streamline processes and enable automation
- Foster strong internal and external relationships, facilitating alignment through workshops and clear communication
- Drive change initiatives, manage project lifecycles, and ensure stakeholder engagement and delivery success
- Consolidate and share key updates, champion knowledge sharing, and represent the team in strategic forums
Essential Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Experience in business improvement, analytics, and process design, with a strategic focus on customer experience and innovation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with knowledge of project management and change leadership
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies, and familiarity with collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Skilled in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with advanced use of Excel, Power BI, and SQL for reporting and analysis
