**About the role**
We’re looking for a service-focused professional to lead the training and onboarding of new suppliers and carriers on our Transport Management System (MATM).
You’ll ensure smooth integration by delivering clear training, refining materials, and streamlining processes, while also providing essential admin support across transport operations.
**This is a 12 month fixed term contract.**
You will also:
- Deliver training and onboarding for new suppliers and carriers on MATM.
- Review transport flows and update training materials to improve effectiveness.
- Streamline processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Provide admin support including transport paths, roster updates, and reporting
**About you and your skills**:
You will have:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train, engage and build relationships across a wide supplier and carrier network.
- Comfort with transport management systems with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
- Experience in transport, logistics or supply chain, ideally with exposure to training or onboarding.
- Analytical mindset with resilience to work proactively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
