We are currently working with one of Australia’s largest dynamic delivery providers, who deliver chilled, frozen and ambient product to households, retail stores and warehouses Australia-wide.

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on **Operations Analyst **to assist with the day-to-day management of this operation.

**Key Responsibilities / Skills**
- Solid experience within 3PL or Warehousing environment
- Strong commercial mindset and sounds operational experience - Preferably within logistics & Supply Chain
- Analytical problem solving and system planning; identifying opportunities for improvement
- Sound knowledge of warehousing and inventory movements
- Ability to create creating and run Macros
- In depth knowledge of VBA (visual basics), Office 365 & Win Automation
- Strong WMS (Accellos,.WMS) skills & knowledge of systems
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Demonstrable experience in Power BI to an intermediate/advanced level
- Dedication to quality outcomes and team participation - strong sense of ownership
- Develop, recommend and execute reporting/measurement tools and processes to improve productivity
- Develop and deliver training for internal stakeholder to own reporting and improve performance measurement
- Analytical problem solving and system planning; identifying opportunities for improvement
- Daily interaction with internal stakeholders DC's, Fleet, support, routing, head office
- Plan and assist in ensuring customers efficiencies are improved and maximised
- Actively seek, support and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the customer agency
- A lateral thinker with superior problem solving & analytical skills
- Attention to detail, data accuracy and quality of output
- Are curious by nature and will happily investigate and proactively seek answers
- Excellent personal presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise with key stakeholders, and get along and communicate with a diverse range of personalities and cultural differences.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet agreed deadlines.
- Able to pick up new concepts quickly.
- The ability to come up with creative solutions to get around any problem.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude with a desire to progress.
- Self-motivated and uses initiative for process improvements.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
