Payroll Analyst

Global, well-known, large organisation based in the heart of Western Sydney is looking for an enthusiastic payroll analyst or senior payroll officer who would be interested in a temporary role where they can hit the ground running and grow as a professional in a supportive, collaborative environment. There is also an opportunity to go permanent if there is movement within the team.

**Your new role**

In this role you will be:

- Interpreting payroll data
- Analysing payroll data
- Understanding payroll legislation
- Assisting with the approvals and supervision of payruns (fortnightly, monthly)
- Knowledge of complex award interpretations
- Extensive excel skills for manual payments/interpretation inquiries
- Payroll analysis knowledge

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Previous experience in ERP payroll software
- Knowledge of Kronos
- High knowledge of complex EBA and award interpretations
- Exposure to Workforce Management (not essential)
- Analytical skills / excel expert
