**You will be responsible for**:

- Translating Country plans to clear District operational plans with priorities, and clearly communicate to the team.
- Executing and leading by example on culture of customer passion, using tools like Escalations and provide feedback to develop and drive customer centric programs.
- Developing and leading Innovation projects
- Understands financial metrics and continually drives for operational efficiency and manages costs
- Optimise capacity and capability to match business needs.
- Build relationships. Build technical talent pools and resource plans.
- Have thorough knowledge of daily service operations and how to optimise delivery.
- Drive compliance to deliver processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Business acumen, competency of analysing and acting on financial information to drive business results (costs & revenue)
- Proven track-record in professional customer support management, with 3-5 years practical support and/or sales experience on Analytical products.
- Educational degree in relevant discipline, Change management/Change Leader
- Strong interpersonal skills; Team building/development and cross-functional leadership skills
- Effective people management and coaching skills
- Customer oriented, Effective collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
