**Accounts Payable Officer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- High volume data entry of invoices.
- Monitor supporting payment documentation for completeness and accuracy of creditor details;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
- Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve inquiries and issues.Prepare creditor payment runs;

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
