**About the Role**

Our Finance team, based out of Panorama, has an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our external stakeholders. This role will report to the Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager and will be an essential in contributing to our financial operations.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- review and process invoices from vendors and suppliers
- reconcile accounts payable transactions and supplier statements
- process weekly payment runs for all Bedford entities
- liaise with all key stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- issue remittances to vendors
- maintain financial records and documentation related to accounts payable transactions

**About You**

You will also have:

- experience with Business Central or other similar software
- ability to interact with a range of stakeholders
- excellent time management skills
- strong knowledge of Microsoft excel
- ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

For this role the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford.
- A National Police Clearance (gained no more than six months ago)
- NDIS worker screening clearance (or other suitable clearance to work in the disability sector)
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
