**Your new opportunity**

This opportunity will see you maintain and control the Association’s Accounts Payable process end to end. But that's not all - your expertise will extend to being an integral link between RAA external suppliers and various internal RAA business units. In addition, you will:

- Process End of Month tasks and accruals.
- Prepare Corporate Credit Card cost allocations per detailed procedures.
- Reconcile supplier statements to the Accounts Payable ledger as received and follow up any inaccuracies.
- Follow through and resolve supplier/account payment queries promptly and accurately.
- Provide support and relief for accounts staff as required.

**About you**

We’re seeking a confident, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you should bring:

- Sound knowledge of the accounts payable function.
- Previous experience with Finance One (Tech One) is desirable.
- Previous clerical experience in an accounts payable role, with some reconciliation experience.
- Exceptional numeracy and accuracy skills.
- Outstanding problem solving and resolution skills.
- Sound knowledge of spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
