We are looking for a Cafe Manager at Miscreants Cafe that can work on weekdays (no evenings or weekends), 5 days per week. It's a lively, unique café with a fun, supportive and friendly team. If you have a passion for customer service, creating a buzzing, inclusive environment and have a passion for coffee and food, we want to hear from you

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:

- Team management - rostering, ensuring the team are happy and productive, timesheets, recruitment etc.
- Food prep and sandwich making
- Coming up with new creative menu options and ways to expand the business
- Manage orders - including catering for meetings & events
- General café duties
- Café open and close
- Food & beverage ordering
- Stock management and space management
- Monitor and maintain quality control, ensuring our standards and processes are followed
- Ensure health and safety requirements are met
- Gather customer feedback and act upon areas of improvement

**What you'll need**:

- Experience as a Café Manager - understand the requirements for running a café
- Be passionate about serving great coffee and food Be creative with new menu ideas
- Ability to recruit and lead a team with a positive and lively atmosphere
- Have a proactive and positive attitude, it's a small team, be willing to get stuck in and help with all aspects where needed
- Be reliable - take ownership for the Café and it's success
- Food safety supervisor certificate (We can assist in gaining this if required)
- NSW RSA (We can assist in gaining this if required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
