Sonoma Bakery Alexandria are seeking an experienced, versatile and dynamic retail supervisor to join our team with keen customer focus - knowledge in Speciality Coffee is preferred.

A player experienced in Food & Beverage and Customer Service to anchor into the small passionate team delivering retail service, floor service with artisan sourdough, food service and speciality coffee.

Looking for someone who gets product quality, possesses strong service experience, placing focus on consistency in everything you do and enjoy a bit of fun & sparkle with the team and customers.

Role will be located at our head bakery store in Alexandria - no where better.

ABOUT:

- Maintain daily operations and SOP to allow the store to hum
- Detailed approach to product knowledge
- Management of Payroll and COG systems
- Championing Sonoma Standards in Customer Service and Hospitality
- Assisting in all areas of the store
- Manage stock and daily ordering
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver the best service
- On-going advice and training support of staff

YOU:

- Experience in a similar position
- Experienced in food service
- Experience in slinging speciality coffee
- Customer focused with clear communication skills
- Team leadership
- Ability to work under pressure
- Hard working & enthusiastic attitude
- Eye for detail and cleanliness

- Financial Management in Hospitality: 2 years (required)
