Role and Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of high-quality meals and beverages for guests
- Ensure adherence to menus, food standards, and operational procedures
- Supervise and manage kitchen operations as needed
- Maintain food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance standards
- Ensure the cleanliness of the cafe / kitchen in accordance with health regulations
- Support the barista and front-of-house staff as required
- Work effectively in both front-end and back-end café operations

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen setting
- Full working rights in Australia
- Flexible availability
