Our **Barkly Square **store is looking for an **Assistant Store Manager** to continue spreading the Roll'd joy and values with our customers.
Minimum requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Flexible availability weekdays / nights / weekends
- Assist the Store Manager with coordinating the entire Store operation, including front and back of house
- Deliver superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Respond and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Organize and supervise a shift
- Oversee training and development of team members
