Join our Sydney Depot as an **Allocator** and play a critical role in our operations. Our Depot Manager is looking for someone with the right qualities, and we're ready to invest in your training to set you up for success.

**_This is a Sunday to Thursday roster starting at 6:00pm._**
- **Supervisory Experience** - Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment
- **Problem-Solving Mindset** - Quick thinking and effective decision-making
- **Resilience & Adaptability** - Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
- **Excellent Communication** - Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders
- **BFM Accreditation or Willingness to Obtain** - Understanding of NHVR regulations is an advantage

**What You'll Do**:

- **Freight & Logistics Coordination** - Keep deliveries running on time and on track
- **Warehouse & Team Leadership** - Supervise operations and forklift drivers
- **Compliance & Safety** - Ensure NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards are met
- **Load Planning & Scheduling** - Build efficient freight loads for maximum performance
- **Resource Management** - Strategically allocate trucks, equipment, and personnel
- **Process Enforcement** - Maintain high operational standards and procedures
