What does the job look like?

Join our team at Linfox and take charge of transport operations at our Multi-User Site. As a Transport Supervisor, you will ensure seamless day-to-day operations while maintaining safety compliance and nurturing strong customer relationships. Key areas;
- Supervise all transport operations in line with Linfox policies, legal obligations, and customer expectations.
- Oversee and manage transport providers.
- Ensure all deliveries meet safety standards and customer requirements.
- Manage company and subcontractor drivers, ensuring training and fatigue compliance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and monitor KPIs.
- Manage reverse logistics and ensure freight traceability.
- Ensure effective consignment and transport allocations for customer freight.

Are you the one?

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing complex logistics while fostering strong relationships with drivers, customers, and subcontractors.
- 2-3 years of transport scheduling or coordination experience.
- Ability to manage sub-contractors and 3PL partners.
- Experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Knowledge of COR legislation and safety practices.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and SAP.
