**How will I help?**
The role will be to service the full banking requirements of this portfolio through the coordination and utilisation of WIB’s wholesale financial products and services. In addition, you will be required to fulfil WIB’s commitment to high standards in credit assessment and exposure management.
The key objectives of the role are to acquire and develop new client relationships and to service existing customers while also achieving year-on-year revenue and return on equity growth by:
- Developing a trusted adviser style relationship at the CEO/CFO level as an industry expert
- Leveraging resources within the Bank through exceptional teamwork
- Being highly responsive and innovative to customer needs
- Achieving high levels of cross-sell by having an intimate knowledge of the customer and the relevant industry sectors.

**What do I need?**
You will utilise and expand your existing relationship management skills and have the ability to build strong rapport and sustainable relationships with clients and colleagues across all levels. You will have experience originating and structuring Financial Products across the industrial and renewable energy space with strong credit skills and will have the ability to successfully lead internal deal teams comprising of product specialists, credit analysts, credit officers and senior executives.
Some further advantageous skills:
- Ability to Lead deal teams from origination though to financial close and ongoing monitoring and reporting;
- Project Finance experience would be beneficial;
- Established credit skills with ability to identify existing and potential weaknesses, and lead discussions with WIB’s credit executives and clients;
- Strong marketing skills necessary for business origination, portfolio maintenance and defence of incumbent positions
