**Responsibilities**:

- VSL as a member of Bouygues Construction, operates worldwide in a network of some 50 locations, and is a leading specialist in the field of post tensioning, complex pre-casting, bridge construction, specialist foundations, bridge and asset remediation, and related construction techniques. VSL Australia is an expert in post-tensioning systems for civil engineering structures and buildings.
- We are looking for a Office Receptionist to join our team. The role is Part Time - Monday to Friday, from 9am to 3pm and is based at our head office in Thornleigh. Remote working is not an option. This role will report to our Office Administrator, and your tasks will see you:
- Answering phones,
- Greeting visitors, couriers, postal agents etc
- Sorting mail including redirecting
- Organising outgoing post
- Ordering of stationary, Coles weekly food order,
- Responsible for the upkeep of meeting rooms and kitchen.

You will need to be a good communicator, organiser and ready for all round tasks.
