**What are the focus points of the role?**
- Greeting office visitors in a polite manner, assisting them with the sign in process
- Answering incoming reception calls, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external visitors
- Providing ad-hoc administration support for Team Assistants
- Sending all office notification of extra food being available in the kitchen
- Processing swipe cards for new starters and relevant suppliers
- Supporting office events coordination such as certificate creation for service awards and ordering catering for relevant events
- Ordering prepaid VISA cards/Prezzee vouchers for awards when required
- Updating department org charts in a timely manner as requested
- Managing Qantas Club memberships
- Updating the intranet page with relevant information as requested
