Receptionist Position at Tempus

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. Tempus Gym is a premier fitness facility committed to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere at our gym.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide accurate information about gym programs, services, and membership options.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and gym floor.
- Monitor access to the gym, verify membership credentials, and enforce gym policies.
- Reconcile payments and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to member feedback, suggestions, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive member experience.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office and gym management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- CPR and First Aid certification (required).

**Salary**: $41,484.04 - $72,670.93 per year
