**Fund Manager with a global reach working to uplift risk capability**:

- **6-month contract initially. Hybrid model - 2-3 days based in Sydney CBD**:

- **$800-900 + super per day (Equivalent to $192k-$216k + super)**

**Role Overview**

The company is going through a period of transformation with a focus on reshaping the current risk structure. There is a need to accelerate the implementation of a new risk capability framework. This will have a focus on line 1 and line 2 risk teams.

The role will be a blend between using learning, development and capability techniques to upskill the business as well as providing risk advice. Operational risk experience is essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Review the current capability plan and identify gaps
- Develop capability framework initiatives to support risk capability uplift
- Consider expected developments in the external regulatory and risk landscape and build this into the operating model
- Develop a current state assessment of inventory
- Work in partnership with the HR team, using L&D tools to develop e-learning modules and workshops
- Pull together multiple stakeholders to ensure project delivery

**You**
- Someone with a clear understanding of line 1 and 2 risk responsibilities
- SME in risk to support line 1 and line 2 framework development
- Experience running workshops and/or a learning and development background
- Project management and change support experience
- Sound ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
