We are seeking a highly capable and experienced organisational development people partner to enhance the capability of the existing people team supporting initiatives and to help shape and deliver an ongoing programme of improvement.

You will contribute to the design and delivery of people and organisational development programs related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the management of change in support of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Contribute research, analysis and ideas to continuous improvement of OD programs that are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals- Design and deliver global OD and change management programs, processes and practices that support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion- Undertake internal diagnosis, process/system/practices reviews, stakeholder engagement in order to understand barriers and possible solutions- Facilitate and manage diversity affinity group- Create and launch DEI surveys and analyse Inclusion survey reports- Conduct external research into good practice and new ideas- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with other relevant stakeholders- Design, organise and facilitate in-house events (e.g. diversity presentations, training, workshops, webinars) as required- Work with the Internal Comms to ensure effective communication and consultation processes and to build people engagement- Commission and evaluate agreed internally-delivered interventions and to ensure best use of Iress’ organisational development budgets- Contribute to OD initiatives related to performance excellence, growth and development and new talent programs and work with people and People Leaders across Iress in the APAC region to facilitate and support these initiatives

What you will bring:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar HR role- Able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of theory and good practice in key areas:
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion-
- New Talent Programs, particularly Internships and Graduate programs-
- Organisation development, particularly around change management and developing organisational culture-
- Learning & Development, particularly management development and talent management-
- Experience in delivering successful OD projects, particularly DEI initiatives, and supporting major organisational change; influencing, building and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results- Experience of, and commitment to, continuous organisational improvement and the ability to act as a change agent
