We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our clients team based in Altona, VIC.

The position will be required to deliver exceptional Customer Service to existing and new customers and liaise with all necessary internal departments to ensure total customer satisfaction. Customer Service, Telephone Sales, Data Entry, Despatch enquires, Customer Credits and other administrative tasks as required.

**This is a 6 week temp role with the high possibility of being pushed out until christmas or longer. You will be working Monday to Friday full time hours.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Undertake sales & general administration duties including entering orders, preparing quotes and processing credits
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily banking records
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with Despatch and site administration functions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Process data into SAP
- Answer customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Other administrative duties in line with the business needs

**SKILLS**
- Demonstrated experience in administration, customer service and/or internal sales
- A friendly, professional, and helpful telephone manner
- Intermediate skills in the use of SAP desired
- A high level of focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
- High level written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage time
