The Program Delivery Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of the Payroll and Rostering and/or the SAP S/4HANA program of works, including:

- A technology improvement program that aligns with business objectives
- A maintenance program that will ensure vendor support of the solution baseline, including core software and associated hardware
- Guide, mentor and advise nominated CTS project managers, leads and initiative leads in the appropriate project methodologies and create a cohesive delivery environment
- Ensure all initiatives follow approved governance processes and are planned and executed to maximise the realisation and success of the CTS Roadmap and CTS Forward release plan
- Developing and maintaining a program view of CTS initiatives, enabling technologies and other deliverables, and performing ongoing monitoring to ensure planned outcomes are achieved
- Participation in development, planning and execution, of strategic and tactical initiatives and artefacts that will guide the program of work
- Coordinate across CTS teams and with external stakeholders as required, to lead planning and delivery of CTS solutions and products in accordance with established CTS processes, enhancing where required with PRINCE2, MSP and Agile methodologies
- Participation in the identification and development of benefits and business cases as required to support funding and approval for significant initiative.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in the management and delivery of complex SAP project(s) and/or programs that include SAP upgrades and implementations, preferably S/4HANA and ECC6 as a minimum, and preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to initiate relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Proven excellent negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment.
- Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary technical and functional SAP resources.
- Proven analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members.
