**The Opportunity**

**Duties**

The Logistic Coordinator is a key role for our client. As such, your typical day could include orders processing, trouble shooting if issues, looking at processing orders for next day, handle a set of customers, phone check ups, checking freight, generating pallet documents, liaising with warehouses across sites, checking if any issues on trucks when they turn up, and amendments to paperwork. Internally, you would liaise with customer service on whats ahead the next few days, following up carrier groups and collections, invoicing, reporting stock levels and updating the business.

**Skills & Experience**

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

- 1-2 years experience as a logistics coordinator, working within a supply chain or other relevant experience is desirable
- Previous experience in a FMCG/warehouse environment is not required but advantageous
- Confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including customer service teams and carriers/freight companies.
- Comfortable with using a computer and computer systems, you will be trained on the systems
- Ability and willingness to learn and take on feedback as part of development
