About the Role
Working in a team environment, the Rostering Officer is responsible for ensuring the effective deployment and rostering of staff across prison precincts and other secure facilities as required.
The Rostering Officer will be responsible for the oversight of preparation and maintenance of the roster in line with backfill, unplanned leave and to check availability and fill shifts for the next day.

**This role will be responsible for**:

- completing and maintaining planned leave databases and higher duties assignments across prison locations, including accurate reporting for TimeTarget
- ensuring the prison is appropriately staffed to maintain operations and entering salary data to match shifts worked.

Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
