**Want to be part of the team?**

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team for an initial 6 month contract to work onsite with one of our customers (5 days per week) to provide L2 & L3 desktop support

**Working at NTT**
- Respond to and log IT service desk tickets in the ticketing system
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and troubleshooting to tickets
- Document and escalate the ticket accordingly
- Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft environments
- Manage and create new user accounts and mailboxes
- Follow ITIL methodologies and best practices

**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
- Bachelors of IT highly desired
- ITIL certification
- Any experience working in a Service Desk or Help Desk environment
- Familiarity and ability to operate in a L2 or L3 capactiy across the following technologies
- Windows OS
- Windows Server
- M365 / O365
- Exchange Online
- MS Teams
- Intune
- Active Directory, Group Polices
- Access Management
- VPN troubleshooting
- VC and meeting room support
- HP and Dell hardware
- **Willingness to work onsite in Brisbane CBD 5 days per week**
