**The position;**

An on-site support engineer will take on traditional L2 support for their customers across several sites throughout the Brisbane Greater Region.

The technologies that you will be supporting include;
- Office 365 (including SharePoint / OneDrive) migrations, administration and support.
- Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, RDS, etc.)
- Microsoft Exchange Server upgrades, administration, and support
- Microsoft Azure
- Networking (Layer 2)

**To be successful you will be required to have;**
- Recent experience providing L1 and L2 support
- Previously/currently worked for MSP would be ideal.
- A Drivers License.
- Fantastic customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting non-technical up to VIP users.
