Fleet Manager

**The Opportunity**:
Based at the customer site, the purpose of the Fleet Manager is to become familiar with our customers' needs, suggest/implement improvements for increased efficiencies and provide a timely and professional response to customer enquiries securing a maximum market share of machine, parts and service sales. Furthermore, the Fleet Manager will guide and assist Komatsu Service Technicians on site, develop our people's skills, and improve the Service Departments' workflow.

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- A person who is focused on positive customer outcomes
- Trade qualified Diesel Fitter or H/V Electrician with open-cut mine site experience or similar (desirable)
- Experience with supervising a workgroup
- Able to use Microsoft Office software, in particular, Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Someone willing and able to provide customer feedback during critical points of a job
