**APJ Events Marketing Manager**:

**Things You’ll Do**
- Create and execute event strategies aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Collaborate with the APJ Field Marketing team and Global Marketing functions to meet business objectives.
- Organise and manage high-quality regional events and webinars for prospects and customers.
- Maintain a strategic marketing events calendar for the APJ region, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Lead the planning and execution of various types of events, including Qualtrics-hosted events, scaled field activities, and major third-party trade shows.
- Oversee the execution of field events within integrated campaigns, ensuring all team members adhere to timelines and deliverables.
- Diligently manage the event marketing budget, communicating the ROI of events.
- Foster relationships with internal and external vendors, enhancing project outcomes and optimising costs.
- Travel occasionally (20-30%) to support events across the APJ region.

**What We’re Looking For On Your Resume**
- 6+ years of event management and planning experience in a B2B SaaS technology environment or large agency.
- Proven track record of driving results through successful event strategies.
- Strong critical and strategic thinking ability regarding event targeting.
- In-depth knowledge of event marketing, management, and logistics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective interpersonal abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset that embraces innovative approaches to event marketing.
- Self-motivated and resourceful with an initiative to drive projects forward.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Marketo, Six Sense, Salesforce, Tableau, Cvent, or Splash.
