If you’re the person we’re looking for, we know these will resonate with you too. **The Director of Service role**: This role is permanent and full-time with some flexibility for working from home in between service times. You will start off with a 5-week induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor, and Regional Manager. - Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community - Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences everyday - Foster “GENUINE” relationships with children and their families - Manage and roster your team of passionate educators - Manage service compliance and medical documentation - Be the glue that connects TeamKids with your school community - **Service operating times: 7:00am - 9:00am & 3:10pm - 6:00pm + admin hours** **The 2IC role**: As a 2IC or Second in Charge, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.
