**The 2IC Role (Second-in-Charge)**
As a 2IC, you will work closely with the Director of Service to ensure an exceptional experience for the children in your care. This includes:

- Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
- Support with ensuring your program in compliance according to industry regulations.
- Interact with our parents and help them with enquiries wherever possible
- Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies, etc when the Director can't attend.
- Play and have FUN with primary school aged children
- Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program

**Service Hours**:
Before School Care: 7:00am - 9:00am
After School Care: 3:00pm - 6:30pm

**What We’re Looking For**
You are someone who:

- You are passionate about helping children grow and learn in a fun, safe environment.
- You bring a wealth of life experience, a positive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
- You are a team player, with a collaborative and approachable manner.
- You have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Desirable: If you’re qualified or studying toward an ACECQA-recognized qualification in Education, Youth, Social Work, Health, or related fields, that’s a bonus, but it’s not essential. We provide training
