Open is looking for a highly data-driven and motivated marketing professional to join our marketing team. As a Campaign manager at Open, you will drive a range of marketing campaigns to improve engagement with our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to lead campaigns end-to-end, from planning to delivery and optimisation, and drive a significant impact in our growth story along the way.

The salary for this role is $100 - 110,000 excluding superannuation depending on experience. You will need full working rights in Australia to be eligible to apply.

**What you'll do**:

- Drafting copy and coordinating stakeholder approvals
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance
- Developing and carrying out testing plans and experiments
- Conducting market research to gather insights and inform our marketing strategy

You’ll report to Open’s Senior Marketing Manager.

**Who you are**:
You may be a good fit for this role if you:

- Have 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role co-ordinating or leading campaigns
- Knowledgeable about marketing automation platforms. Experience with customer.io is favoured but not essential.
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not necessary
- Have a interest in using data to improve marketing effectiveness
