We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, dynamic and ambitious Campaign Manager with strong communication and customer service skills, to join the RISER team.

This role is for an up and coming influencer marketing and/or project management gun, with minimum three years experience.

About RISER

RISER is a first of its kind Mass Influencer Sampling Platform for influencers and brands to come together with a common goal: to lift each other up. Clients are in the beauty, lifestyle and FMCG space, including 7-Eleven, Chupa Chups, Head & Shoulders, MCoBeauty, MARS, Grill'd, Bulla, Messina, Biscoff, Avene, Nando's, Driscoll's, White Glo, Dove, Asahi, H2COCO, Carmex, Hada Labo, Loving Tan, Cold Rock, Starbucks, Aesthetics RX and more.

RISER has completed over 250 campaigns to date and is a start-up business, born from its established sister agency, Theory Crew launched in 2012.

The role

Our Campaign Manager, supported by our Campaign Assistant, will be responsible for the successful delivery of all RISER campaigns and is the lead client contact point. Key to the role is ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard, as well as juggling multiple priorities and remaining up to date with the influencer and social media environment in Australia and New Zealand.

The role encapsulates a wide spectrum of responsibilities from quality campaign execution, developing with management best practice systems, processes and operations functions, to marketing and PR.

Responsibilities include:

• Client management lead and relationships for RISER end-to-end.
  
• Campaign execution end-to-end, including delivery within specified timeframes.
  
• Lead and full accountability for assigned campaigns.
  
• Stakeholder lead end-to-end: Influencers, clients, suppliers.
  
• RISER product management support relating to all operational aspects.
  
• Innovation relating to campaign and product.

Knowledge & Experience

• Understanding of marketing and influencer marketing
  
• Tertiary qualifications with a marketing/business/PR/communications (not essential)
  
• 3 years industry experience in client service and/or campaign management
  
• Social media and content experience welcomed
