**About the role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing advice (and managing advice provided by external lawyers) on legal and regulatory issues of importance to the business in a range of commercial and consumer law matters, regulatory and advertising complaints.
- Managing the end to end legal negotiation of key transactions and other commercial agreements (including major sponsorships with racing, sport and media partners, and M&A opportunities, etc).
- Regular touch points and working collaboratively with Flutter Entertainment on shared initiatives.
- Developing and leading corporate legal strategy as part of Legal, Risk and Compliance team to assist the business meet its strategic objectives.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone with:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate to people in a range of positions up to executive level
- As a minimum, 8+ years PAE within a senior people leader position at a leading top/mid tier firm in either commercial or regulatory practice areas, or equivalent in-house experience
- Strong legal drafting and negotiating skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and escalations.
- Experience in providing commercially focused legal support and innovative solutions
- Enthusiasm and passion for learning and development and who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
