Our Sunshine Coast office is seeking an experienced administration person to join our team. Our business offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to continue to develop their career and help grow the business in the Sunshine Coast region.Responsibilities**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to senior management.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize firm events and travel.
- Handle HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Liaising with internal IT department
- Most importantly, you will have a strong work ethic to produce your highest standards.
- **Required Skills**:
**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Personal Assistant, or HR Administrator.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A warm and friendly personality and enjoy supporting the team.
- Reliable and excellent time management skills.
- Well presented with a mature and confident nature.
- Team player that can also work unsupervised and show initiative.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Interest in IT systems and processes would be an advantage
- Experience in an accounting or professional firm is an advantage.
- Familiarity with liaison with ATO & ASIC would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite, Xero Practice Manager would be an advantage
