**Accounts Payable Officer**

The Accounts Payable Officer will perform Accounts Payables duties for the Finance Team. You will have an enthusiastic attitude to your work and assist with general finance related duties

Your responsibilities will include:

- Handle daily Accounts Payable operations - invoice processing, filing and maintaining supplier records
- Assist with the management of the shared inbox.
- Verify, code, and enter invoices into the system
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and perform payment runs
- Reconcile Company’s Credit Cards
- Other ad hoc duties/assistance to the Finance team.
- Work with vendors and build effective relationships with our Park Managers, Head office staff and suppliers.

About you:

- Previous experience in accounts is essential
- Experience working in accounts, or completing a degree in finance will be highly advantageous
- Exposure to accounting software including Xero and DEXT will be highly advantageous
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Great time management and communication skills
- You will have excellent organisation and ability to manage your workload
- High level of attention to detail
- Must be enthusiastic, innovative and will thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A clean Police Check

This role is available for an immediate start. The salary is dependent on your previous skills and experience.
