Attention Gold Coast We are a brand new Strength and Conditioning Gym based in Southport on the Gold Coast and we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated trainer to manage and coach within in our gym.

We are SWT Society.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, well spoken, presents well and has a true interest in empowering our members and helping them succeed in their fitness goals. We provide a welcoming space that emphasises social engagement and wellness for all ages and fitness levels. Our classes focus on strength and cardio through weighted movements, compound lifts, and bodyweight exercises.

Some of the manager's responsibilities will include:

- Coaching of group fitness classes
- Liaise with current members on a regular basis and monitor progress
- Follow up new leads and pursue
- Management and rostering of other coaches and staff
- Discussions with owners in regards to operational matters
- General cleaning and maintenance of the gym and equipment

The successful applicant must have following:

- Certification IV in Fitness
- Current first aid and CPR
- Over 5 years managing a group-fitness gym, and within a regional setting is preferred.
- Experience managing a team coaches, admin staff and contractors.
- Over 10 years experience in different training styles.
- Experience with content creation and social media account management
- Experience with software such as canva and brand content creation
- Experience in programming 13-week training plans
- Qualification's that covers giving nutritional advice

This role is full time and will consist of a 38 hour work week. The hours each day will vary however this can be tailored to individual circumstances. There will be a minimum amount of classes each week that will be coached by the manager.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

- Australia (preferred)
