We are seeking guest focused specialists to engage in a dynamic corporate environment where no two days are the same.

**Position: Visitor, Tenant, and Guest Experience Specialist**

**Location**:Sydney CBD

**Schedule**:Weekdays Only, No Nights Required

**What You'll Do**:

- Welcome and assist visitors, tenants, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide exemplary customer service and ensure all inquiries and requests are promptly addressed.
- Act as a liaison between tenants, guests, and building management, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and manage meeting and conference bookings, appointments, and special requests with precision.
- Uphold and enhance the reputation of an esteemed establishment through your dedication to service excellence.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Front office experience in hotels or previous work as a concierge within corporate buildings is highly preferred.**:

- **A customer-focused individual with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport.**:

- **Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.**:
