We provide services at home and in the community and operate in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth & across Queensland, and we are looking for someone to take a one-year fixed-term maternity leave contract, in a role on our recently expanded customer team. As part of the Arriba Group, we are proud to have been consistently voted amongst the** Best Places To Work in Healthcare by the Australian Financial Review**: - our commitment to a quality life for our staff and clients is why. **WHY WE LOVE WORKING AT LIVEBIG** - We **invest in our people** - highly experienced managers & the best onboarding in the industry - We **value work/life** **balance**: - 8 days of additional leave a year - 4 "You" days of extra leave, pet leave, volunteering leave, study leave + true hybrid working - We **prioritise your development -**$1000 CPD allowance for all staff, plus a LinkedIn Learning account & opportunities for lateral moves - We **love what we do** - you need to care about this work to be amazing at it, and our team does exactly that **WHAT THIS ROLE IS** Reporting into the National Operations Manager, this role is focussed on Sydney as part of the national CRM/Engagement team - Full-time & Permanent - Can be based anywhere in Sydney (hybrid role - 2 days per week in our Sydney CBD office) - Create, maintain, and enhance participant referral pathways and customer relationships, identifying gaps and developing protocols for efficient referral processes - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key referrers and stakeholders, community organisations, clients, and their families/carers to access and promote LiveBig allied health services - Represent LiveBig at meetings, community events, expos and networking opportunities **WHAT WE WANT TO SEE IN YOU** We are looking for a skilled BD/sales person who has NDIS knowledge - the needs of our clientele are very specific so that NDIS experience or knowledge is key - Experience in a BD/sales role is necessary as this role will hit the ground running - Knowledge and understanding of allied health services, disability sector, the NDIS and community sector - High level of customer service orientation and experience in customer relationship analysis and planning - Ability to build, introduce and maintain customer relationships - Proven experience in sourcing and gathering sales activities - Works well autonomously and as part of a wider team - Works flexibly and adaptively in a fast paced dynamic and outcomes focused team environment - Highly developed communication skills, negotiation, relationship building and interpersonal skills - Fun We want passion and excitement for the meaningful work we do - Hold/eligibility for an Australian driver’s licence, WWCC and satisfactory police check **APPLY** - LiveBig requires all prospective individuals to undertake and provide satisfactory clearance of background checks and/or registered checks._ - The checks undertaken by LiveBig include (but not limited to), police background checks, NDIS clearance and Working With Childrens check._ - Unsuccessful or unsatisfactory clearance of these checks will be taken into consideration and may result in the unsuccessful outcome of the recruitment process and/or withdrawal of any employment contract agreement made prior to commencement._
