You will work with the team at Manage Protect to handle a broad range of Security Cloud Services, solely focused on our MSP Partner base.
**Responsibilities**:
**Relationship Building**:Re-engage with inactive partners and nurture these relationships, collaborating with Partner Managers to help guide them through the sales funnel.
**Collaboration**:Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing) to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies and execution.
**Market Research**:Conduct research to identify new market segments and target accounts, presenting findings and recommendations to the sales team.
**CRM Management**:Accurately track and manage all activities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and data integrity.
**Appointment Setting**:Coordinate meetings or calls between qualified leads and the relevant team members, acting as the first point of contact
**Reporting**:Monitor performance and provide regular updates and reports to the sales team and Sales Manager.
**Sales Support**:Assist the sales team in preparing materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
**Industry Knowledge**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
**Event Follow-Up**:Engage with leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and webinars to maximise conversion rates.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
**Strong ability to build initial rapport and nurture relationships with potential clients.**
Proven strength in establishing initial rapport with potential clients. Skilled at engaging with contacts and guiding them through the early stages of the sales journey.
**Understanding of the technology or cloud industry is an advantage.**
Familiarity with cloud services or related tech solutions that enables more effective communication with contacts.
**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
Ability to effectively communicate value propositions and engage contacts in a compelling way.
**Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.**
Self-driven and able to work independently while staying aligned with company goals and strategies.
**Strong **organisational **and time management skills.**
Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely follow-up with contacts.
**Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.**
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms for tracking and managing leads and activity.

**Follow up on leads generated from industry events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.**
Engage with these leads to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
**Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.**
Use this information to enhance your outreach and engagement strategies.
**Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the lead generation process.**
Contribute to team discussions on best practices and strategies for effective lead development.
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Office Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, with potential flexibility.
