We’re scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our charity clients achieve outstanding outcomes while contributing directly to Safewill’s success.
Startups can be challenging. There’s no set playbook, and you’ll have the opportunity to design and refine processes from scratch. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate across teams, support meaningful partnerships, and make a real impact on the future of fundraising in Australia.
**Your Story with Us**:
As a Customer Success Manager at Safewill, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our charity clients. Your work will ensure they achieve their goals while contributing to Safewill’s growth.
Over the first 6-12 months, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with charity partners through regular communication and engagement strategies.
- Support charity clients to maximise their results with the Safewill platform.
- Work closely with product and development teams to ensure the platform evolves to reflect client needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to innovate and scale the partnership pipeline.
- Help shape product, renewal, and pricing strategies by sharing insights from charity partners.
- Continuously improve account management processes to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
